About Me
I have always had an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, memorable events. My inspiration comes from my daughter. I didn’t want to just give her a celebration I wanted to give her an experience the kind I see on social media, but without the high price tag. I got into the event planning industry because I realised that luxury doesn’t have to come with a heavy expense, I wanted to show the top tier vendors I have come across with everyone that is struggling to source for their own celebrations. What I didn’t know for my daughter, I now make possible for others, and I’m dedicated to sharing that knowledge so anyone can enjoy unforgettable events without the stress.

Prices start from £250, but please be aware that the vendor will occur an additional cost

How far in advance should I book an event planner?
We pride ourselves in handling last minute bookings. We can put together and execute your event in 1 week
Do you offer full-service planning or partial planning?
Yes. We offer full service planning, partial planning, and event day coordination. Our services can include concept development, venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics planning also.
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. We work closely with you to understand your budget and create a plan that maximizes value while delivering a memorable event experience.
Are there additional or hidden fees?
The vendors will incur an additional cost for their services.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is required if you wish to take our services after your free discovery call. A non-refundable deposit will also be required from the vendors to secure their services for that date.
Can we use our own vendors?
Yes, we have a network of trusted vendors, including caterers, photographers, decorators, entertainers, and audiovisual specialists. However, you are welcome to use your own vendors if you prefer.
How do you handle unexpected issues or emergencies?
Our experienced team plans for emergencies and remains on site to manage any challenges that arise. We coordinate with vendors and staff to resolve issues quickly and discreetly so your event continues smoothly.
Can you manage guest lists, invitations, or RSVPs?
Yes, we can design invitations and manage RSVPs and guest lists at an additional cost.
What happens if we need to reschedule the event?
If you reschedule an event, any monies paid will count towards the rescheduled day.
How often will we communicate or have planning meetings?
Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. We work collaboratively with our clients and can adapt our approach based on how much you’d like to participate in the planning process.
Some clients prefer to be involved in key decisions such as selecting the venue, theme, and vendors, while others prefer to leave the details to our team. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process with regular updates, planning meetings, and approvals for major decisions.
